INITIAL CONSULTATIONS BY TELEPHONE:

The fee for Initial Consultations by telephone must be paid in advance by credit card. The current fee is $85 for 30 minute period. This fee must be paid more than 24 hours in advance by credit card. We will call to arrange payment. This fee is refundable only if cancellation notice is made 24 hours in advance or if Immigration Matters, LLC cancels the appointment. Immigration Matters, LLC reserves the right to send refund in check form after the credit card payment has cleared and funds have been properly credited to Immigration Matters, LLC's bank account. An Initial Consultation does not establish an attorney-client relationship. To retain this law office to represent you in a particular case, that requires a separate fee and a written agreement.
