LEGAL REPRESENTATION IN A PARTICULAR CASE:
Immigration Matters, LLC offers attorney representation in a specific case by written agreement only. The legal fees are non-refundable flat fees as per the scheduled payments in the agreement. The fees can be paid by check, cash, money order, or credit card. Each case is unique as to timing and completion.
NOTICE: Immigration Matters, LLC does not save any credit card information, these are destroyed after each use. Any payments made online are made on a secure payment page.
PRIVACY POLICY: Immigration Matters, LLC is a law firm whose principal attorney and solicitor is Robert Toth. Robert Toth is an US attorney admitted to the Court of Appeals in the state of Maryland, USA, and an English solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of England and Wales, UK. Attorneys and solicitors are held to a high standard of professional respocibility. As an US attorney the attorney and all staff of the firm is held to strickt rules of confidentiality as prescribed by the Maryland Rules of Proffesssional Conduct (RPC 1.6) which states that a lawyer must not disclose confidential information related to the representation (with limited exceptions,) except as requird or permitted by law, permitted by the client, or as necessary to the conduct of the case. As an English solicitor the principal solicitor, Robert Toth, is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, a regulatory body of the Law Society of England and Wales, UK. Robert Toth and all Immigration Matters, LLC staff are bound by the Law Society's Code of Conduct, Rule 4, which states that a solicitor and his firm must keep the affairs of clients and former clients confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or permitted by the client. As required by these standards, no information that is obtained in relation to representation is given, sold, or convayed to a third party without permission of the client, as required by law, or as necessay in the conduct of the case.
